This Refund & Return Policy outlines your rights as a customer and the procedures for requesting refunds or replacements on eligible orders — including orders placed via our No-Auth guest checkout system.
📋 Quick Summary: Groceries and perishables have a 24-hour report window. Electronics are subject to a strict no-physical-damage / no-water-damage policy. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
2 General Eligibility for Refunds
A refund or replacement request may be raised if any of the following conditions are met at the time of delivery:
- ✓ You received a wrong item — product does not match your order description or photo.
- ✓ The item is damaged, broken, or tampered with upon arrival (factory seal broken, visible cracks, leakage).
- ✓ The item is expired or past its best-before date at the time of delivery.
- ✓ You received an incomplete order — missing items or quantities.
- ✓ The product has a manufacturing defect discovered upon first use (applicable to eligible categories).
3 Groceries, Fresh Produce & Daily Essentials
⏱ 24-Hour Report WindowWe take the quality of fresh produce, dairy, packaged goods, and household essentials very seriously. All grocery refund and replacement requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4 Electronics – Strict No-Refund Rule
🚨 Strictly Enforced Policy⛔ No Refund or Replacement for Physical Damage or Water Damage
Daily Bazaar will not issue any refund, store credit, or replacement for the following categories of electronics damage, regardless of when the claim is raised:
- ✗Mobiles & Smartphones: Cracked screens, bent frames, internal damage from drops, or any water/liquid ingress.
- ✗Laptops & Tablets: Physical dents, broken hinges, keyboard damage, screen cracks, or water damage to the motherboard.
- ✗Televisions & Monitors: Screen panel damage (cracks, dead pixels from impact), cosmetic dents, or water damage.
- ✗All Electronics: Damage from incorrect voltage, unauthorized repairs, or tampering with the device seal after delivery.
All electronics sold on Daily Bazaar are brand-new, sealed, and inspected before dispatch. Our delivery partners capture photographic evidence of sealed boxes at the time of dispatch. Any physical or water damage discovered after delivery is considered to have occurred post-delivery and falls outside our refund scope.

- • Device Does Not Turn On (DOA – Dead on Arrival), reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- • Factory-sealed box is empty or missing components upon opening.
- • Wrong model or variant delivered (e.g., 128GB ordered, 64GB received).
- • Box seal clearly tampered with or broken before the customer received it.
Important: For DOA (Dead on Arrival) claims, the device must be unopened or opened in the presence of the delivery partner. A video unboxing is highly recommended as proof.
5 Guarantee vs. Warranty — Know the Difference
Many customers confuse product guarantee with manufacturer warranty. Understanding this distinction is crucial to knowing where to seek help and what protections apply to your purchase.

Brand / Manufacturer Warranty
- →Provided by: The product brand (e.g., Samsung, Apple, LG, Philips).
- →Covers: Manufacturing defects appearing during normal use within the warranty period.
- →Duration: Typically 1–3 years, as stated on the product box or brand website.
- →Process: Contact the brand's authorised service centre directly.
- →Does NOT cover: Physical damage, water damage, accidental drops, or unauthorized repairs.

6 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged or incorrect state:
- ✗Opened personal care items (razors, earbuds, contraceptives)
- ✗Medications & prescription drugs
- ✗Perishables reported after 24 hours of delivery
- ✗Opened baby formula or nutritional supplements
- ✗Electronics with seals broken by the customer
